Burned out fast

Look, Constant reorgs and nobody seems to know who owns what. Benefits are top tier, the parental leave alone is worth it.

Pros

genuinely smart coworkers

Cons

weak onboarding, burnout is common

Good people, good work

tbh Remote setup is dialed in — never once felt out of the loop. Got promoted within 18 months. They actually invest in their people. Burned out within a year, and I wasn't the only one.

Cons

tooling is dated, below-market pay
