ngl People jump in to help without you even asking. PTO is respected, nobody guilt-trips you for taking it. politics over substance. Loudest person wins.

ngl Way too many meetings, almost no time to actually build. On-call was brutal and they didn't comp it at all. Genuinely enjoyed my time here, would go back.
