honestly, Got promoted within 18 months. They actually invest in their people. My manager had my back and gave me real room to grow.

ngl Smart people, low ego, and the work actually ships. Best onboarding I've had. Had real context by the end of week one. Constant reorgs and nobody seems to know who owns what
