Would not recommend

rTO mandate came out of nowhere and morale tanked overnight. Burned out within a year, and I wasn't the only one.

Pros

low-ego team

Cons

too many meetings, on-call is rough, reorgs constantly

Depends on your team

look, Pay is market, nothing to write home about. Good people, dated tooling. Trade-offs everywhere. High turnover tells you everything you need to know

Pros

fully remote, no RTO games

Cons

unclear expectations, bureaucratic

Interview experience: Neutral

Glad I joined

ngl Best onboarding I've had. Had real context by the end of week one. Got promoted within 18 months. They actually invest in their people.

Pros

stock that's actually worth something, async-friendly

Cons

weak onboarding
