be careful

Politics over substance. Loudest person wins. RTO mandate came out of nowhere and morale tanked overnight.

Cons

bureaucratic, internal politics, high turnover

Lots of red flags

layoffs every other quarter — you're always watching your back. Constant reorgs and nobody seems to know who owns what.

Pros

stock that's actually worth something, supportive manager

Cons

limited upward mobility, slow promotions, too many meetings

happy here

Look, Benefits are top tier, the parental leave alone is worth it. on-call was brutal and they didn't comp it at all.

Pros

PTO people actually use

Look elsewhere

high turnover tells you everything you need to know. leadership says one thing in the all-hands and does the opposite. PTO is respected, nobody guilt-trips you for taking it

Pros

low-ego team

Cons

bureaucratic
