Solid company, good people

PTO is respected, nobody guilt-trips you for taking it. Comp is competitive and the equity refresh was actually real.

Cons

best job I've had so far

ngl Got promoted within 18 months. They actually invest in their people. Genuinely enjoyed my time here, would go back. Constant reorgs and nobody seems to know who owns what.

Pros

interesting problems

Cons

too many meetings, limited upward mobility, below-market pay

Would not recommend

tbh Politics over substance. Loudest person wins. RTO mandate came out of nowhere and morale tanked overnight.

Pros

flexible hours

Cons

unclear expectations

Take it with a grain of salt

Decent spot to park for a couple years and level up. Good problems to work on and the autonomy to solve them your way.

Pros

supportive manager, strong eng culture

Cons

communication gaps across teams, high turnover

Fine for what it is

ngl Stable and predictable, a little boring if I'm honest. Solid for a first job, less so if you're senior

Pros

clear promo path, fully remote, no RTO games

Cons

reorgs constantly
