Be careful

Look, On-call was brutal and they didn't comp it at all RTO mandate came out of nowhere and morale tanked overnight. Got promoted within 18 months. They actually invest in their people.

Honestly, Good problems to work on and the autonomy to solve them your way. Comp is competitive and the equity refresh was actually real.
