Solid company, good people

tbh Benefits are top tier, the parental leave alone is worth it. Leadership says one thing in the all-hands and does the opposite.

Pros

pay is solid

Cons

too many meetings, slow promotions, bureaucratic

Good people, good work

Overall, Benefits are top tier, the parental leave alone is worth it. My manager had my back and gave me real room to grow. Way too many meetings, almost no time to actually build.

Pros

interesting problems, no micromanagement

Cons

bureaucratic

Be careful

ngl They preach work-life balance then ping you at 11pm. Constant reorgs and nobody seems to know who owns what. Benefits are top tier, the parental leave alone is worth it.

Pros

great equipment stipend, great health benefits

Cons

tooling is dated
