tbh Benefits are top tier, the parental leave alone is worth it. Leadership says one thing in the all-hands and does the opposite.

Be careful

ngl They preach work-life balance then ping you at 11pm. Constant reorgs and nobody seems to know who owns what. Benefits are top tier, the parental leave alone is worth it.
