Look elsewhere

Pay sat below market and they wouldn't budge at review time. Leadership says one thing in the all-hands and does the opposite.

Pros

no micromanagement, good 401k match

Cons

tooling is dated, weak onboarding

Interview experience: Didn't interview

Depends on your team

look, Solid for a first job, less so if you're senior. Comp is competitive and the equity refresh was actually real.

Pros

low-ego team

Cons

high turnover, RTO creep
