No real complaints

My manager had my back and gave me real room to grow Pay landed me well above what I was making before. RTO mandate came out of nowhere and morale tanked overnight.

Disappointing

politics over substance. Loudest person wins. High turnover tells you everything you need to know. Remote setup is dialed in — never once felt out of the loop.
