Fine for what it is

Some teams are great, others are a mess — luck of the draw. Stable and predictable, a little boring if I'm honest.

Cons

below-market pay, comp doesn't keep up with market, limited upward mobility

Interview experience: Negative

Look elsewhere

Constant reorgs and nobody seems to know who owns what Way too many meetings, almost no time to actually build. Pay landed me well above what I was making before.

Pros

strong eng culture, generous parental leave

Cons

tooling is dated, reorgs constantly
