tbh People jump in to help without you even asking. pTO is respected, nobody guilt-trips you for taking it.

Look, Flexible hours mean I actually get to see my kids at dinner. Good problems to work on and the autonomy to solve them your way. Constant reorgs and nobody seems to know who owns what.

Look, Constant reorgs and nobody seems to know who owns what. High turnover tells you everything you need to know. Flexible hours mean I actually get to see my kids at dinner.
