Depends on your team

Good people, dated tooling. Trade-offs everywhere. Some teams are great, others are a mess — luck of the draw. RTO mandate came out of nowhere and morale tanked overnight.

tbh Smart people, low ego, and the work actually ships. Genuinely enjoyed my time here, would go back. they preach work-life balance then ping you at 11pm.
