Take it with a grain of salt

Stable and predictable, a little boring if I'm honest It's fine. Not amazing, not terrible. Pay sat below market and they wouldn't budge at review time.

Flexible hours mean I actually get to see my kids at dinner. RTO mandate came out of nowhere and morale tanked overnight.
