Great place to grow

PTO is respected, nobody guilt-trips you for taking it. Genuinely enjoyed my time here, would go back.

Leadership says one thing in the all-hands and does the opposite. Leadership is straight with you in the all-hands, no corporate fluff

on-call was brutal and they didn't comp it at all. Burned out within a year, and I wasn't the only one.
