Overall, On-call was brutal and they didn't comp it at all. Promised growth that just never materialized.

Great place to grow

remote setup is dialed in — never once felt out of the loop. Benefits are top tier, the parental leave alone is worth it. Pay sat below market and they wouldn't budge at review time
