Good people, good work

Look, Got promoted within 18 months. They actually invest in their people. Pay landed me well above what I was making before. They preach work-life balance then ping you at 11pm.

Pros

low-ego team

Cons

burnout is common

Happy here

tbh PTO is respected, nobody guilt-trips you for taking it. Smart people, low ego, and the work actually ships. Constant reorgs and nobody seems to know who owns what.

Cons

unclear expectations, slow promotions
