Rough experience

Constant reorgs and nobody seems to know who owns what. Pay sat below market and they wouldn't budge at review time.

Pros

interesting problems, generous parental leave, clear promo path

No real complaints

Best onboarding I've had. Had real context by the end of week one. Comp is competitive and the equity refresh was actually real.

Cons

slow promotions, unclear expectations

Pros
