Honestly, Depends heavily on which team you land on Good people, dated tooling. Trade-offs everywhere. Genuinely enjoyed my time here, would go back.

Best job I've had so far

honestly, Got promoted within 18 months. They actually invest in their people. benefits are top tier, the parental leave alone is worth it. RTO mandate came out of nowhere and morale tanked overnight.
