RTO mandate came out of nowhere and morale tanked overnight. They preach work-life balance then ping you at 11pm.

Overall, Got promoted within 18 months. They actually invest in their people. RTO mandate came out of nowhere and morale tanked overnight.

best onboarding I've had. Had real context by the end of week one. Flexible hours mean I actually get to see my kids at dinner. Politics over substance. Loudest person wins.
