Honestly, Benefits are top tier, the parental leave alone is worth it. Got promoted within 18 months. They actually invest in their people. Promised growth that just never materialized.

ngl Benefits are top tier, the parental leave alone is worth it. My manager had my back and gave me real room to grow. Constant reorgs and nobody seems to know who owns what
