tbh PTO is respected, nobody guilt-trips you for taking it. Got promoted within 18 months. They actually invest in their people. Layoffs every other quarter — you're always watching your back.

Best job I've had so far

Flexible hours mean I actually get to see my kids at dinner. Pay landed me well above what I was making before Pay sat below market and they wouldn't budge at review time
