Good people, good work

tbh Benefits are top tier, the parental leave alone is worth it. Got promoted within 18 months. They actually invest in their people.

Fine for what it is

Middle of the road. You won't hate it, won't love it Pay is market, nothing to write home about. Way too many meetings, almost no time to actually build.

supportive manager, genuinely smart coworkers, generous parental leave

communication gaps across teams, reorgs constantly

take it with a grain of salt

Depends heavily on which team you land on. Smart people, low ego, and the work actually ships.

Pros

async-friendly, fully remote, no RTO games
