It's fine. Not amazing, not terrible. good people, dated tooling. Trade-offs everywhere Pay sat below market and they wouldn't budge at review time.

Got promoted within 18 months. They actually invest in their people. my manager had my back and gave me real room to grow. pay sat below market and they wouldn't budge at review time.
