Some teams are great, others are a mess — luck of the draw process can be slow but you're rarely drowning in work. Benefits are top tier, the parental leave alone is worth it

Honestly, Comp is competitive and the equity refresh was actually real. Smart people, low ego, and the work actually ships. pay sat below market and they wouldn't budge at review time.
