Not what they sell you

tbh Pay sat below market and they wouldn't budge at review time. Burned out within a year, and I wasn't the only one.

Pros

supportive manager, great equipment stipend

Cons

high turnover

No real complaints

ngl Benefits are top tier, the parental leave alone is worth it. got promoted within 18 months. They actually invest in their people. Politics over substance. Loudest person wins.

lots of red flags

Overall, RTO mandate came out of nowhere and morale tanked overnight. Layoffs every other quarter — you're always watching your back.

Pros

generous parental leave, good 401k match

Cons

roadmap changes weekly, on-call is rough, burnout is common
