Honestly, Pay is market, nothing to write home about. Decent spot to park for a couple years and level up Smart people, low ego, and the work actually ships.

Honestly, Got promoted within 18 months. They actually invest in their people. rTO mandate came out of nowhere and morale tanked overnight.

ngl Good problems to work on and the autonomy to solve them your way. Genuinely enjoyed my time here, would go back. They preach work-life balance then ping you at 11pm.
