glad I joined

tbh Leadership is straight with you in the all-hands, no corporate fluff. Pay landed me well above what I was making before. On-call was brutal and they didn't comp it at all.

Not what they sell you

tbh Layoffs every other quarter — you're always watching your back. RTO mandate came out of nowhere and morale tanked overnight.

Pros

pay is solid, flexible hours

Cons

tooling is dated

Interview experience: Negative
