Fine for what it is

Decent spot to park for a couple years and level up. Depends heavily on which team you land on. High turnover tells you everything you need to know.

Pros

genuinely smart coworkers, flexible hours

Cons

high turnover, comp doesn't keep up with market, RTO creep

Interview experience: Positive
