Depends on your team

Honestly, Middle of the road. You won't hate it, won't love it. Pay is market, nothing to write home about. Benefits are top tier, the parental leave alone is worth it.

Pros

great health benefits, fast decisions

Cons

tooling is dated, bureaucratic
