Not what they sell you

Honestly, Constant reorgs and nobody seems to know who owns what. rTO mandate came out of nowhere and morale tanked overnight. Good problems to work on and the autonomy to solve them your way.

people jump in to help without you even asking PTO is respected, nobody guilt-trips you for taking it. Pay sat below market and they wouldn't budge at review time.

Some teams are great, others are a mess — luck of the draw. middle of the road. You won't hate it, won't love it. My manager had my back and gave me real room to grow.
