No real complaints

Overall, Honestly the most supportive team I've been on people jump in to help without you even asking. Leadership says one thing in the all-hands and does the opposite.

Pros

fully remote, no RTO games

Cons

weak onboarding

Mixed bag

Pay is market, nothing to write home about. Decent spot to park for a couple years and level up. Pay sat below market and they wouldn't budge at review time.

Pros

stock that's actually worth something, fast decisions

Cons

weak onboarding, unclear expectations
