Happy here

ngl Remote setup is dialed in — never once felt out of the loop. RTO mandate came out of nowhere and morale tanked overnight

Good people, good work

tbh Good problems to work on and the autonomy to solve them your way. Benefits are top tier, the parental leave alone is worth it

Pros

fully remote, no RTO games, great equipment stipend
