Look, Leadership is straight with you in the all-hands, no corporate fluff. PTO is respected, nobody guilt-trips you for taking it. Layoffs every other quarter — you're always watching your back.

Great place to grow

Pay landed me well above what I was making before. Genuinely enjoyed my time here, would go back RTO mandate came out of nowhere and morale tanked overnight.
