overall, Decent spot to park for a couple years and level up. some teams are great, others are a mess — luck of the draw.

Solid for a first job, less so if you're senior Pay is market, nothing to write home about My manager had my back and gave me real room to grow.

tbh Benefits are top tier, the parental leave alone is worth it Comp is competitive and the equity refresh was actually real. RTO mandate came out of nowhere and morale tanked overnight.
