Great place to grow

tbh Benefits are top tier, the parental leave alone is worth it. On-call was brutal and they didn't comp it at all.

overall, Best onboarding I've had. Had real context by the end of week one. Flexible hours mean I actually get to see my kids at dinner Pay sat below market and they wouldn't budge at review time.
