Mixed bag

tbh Decent spot to park for a couple years and level up. Layoffs every other quarter — you're always watching your back.

Pros

clear promo path

Cons

below-market pay, RTO creep

Former employee

Disappointing

Burned out within a year, and I wasn't the only one. Way too many meetings, almost no time to actually build. My manager had my back and gave me real room to grow.

Pros

good 401k match, PTO people actually use, supportive manager

Cons

RTO creep
