What people like
  • fully remote, no RTO games, async-friendly
  • PTO people actually use, flexible hours
  • async-friendly, low-ego team
What to watch for
  • below-market pay
  • internal politics, reorgs constantly
  • RTO creep

Disappointing

Politics over substance. Loudest person wins way too many meetings, almost no time to actually build.

Pros

fully remote, no RTO games, async-friendly

Take it with a grain of salt

Decent spot to park for a couple years and level up. Middle of the road. You won't hate it, won't love it. On-call was brutal and they didn't comp it at all.

Solid company, good people

best onboarding I've had. Had real context by the end of week one. Good problems to work on and the autonomy to solve them your way. Politics over substance. Loudest person wins.

Pros

PTO people actually use, flexible hours

Cons

internal politics, reorgs constantly
