PTO is respected, nobody guilt-trips you for taking it Pay landed me well above what I was making before. Way too many meetings, almost no time to actually build.

Overall, My manager had my back and gave me real room to grow. Genuinely enjoyed my time here, would go back. They preach work-life balance then ping you at 11pm.
