Best job I've had so far

Look, Benefits are top tier, the parental leave alone is worth it. smart people, low ego, and the work actually ships. Burned out within a year, and I wasn't the only one

Pros

flexible hours

Would not recommend

Look, Constant reorgs and nobody seems to know who owns what. Leadership says one thing in the all-hands and does the opposite

Pros

flexible hours

Cons

slow promotions
