Happy here

overall, Got promoted within 18 months. They actually invest in their people. RTO mandate came out of nowhere and morale tanked overnight.

Honestly, Depends heavily on which team you land on. Pay is market, nothing to write home about my manager had my back and gave me real room to grow.
