Great place to grow

Overall, Comp is competitive and the equity refresh was actually real best onboarding I've had. Had real context by the end of week one. They preach work-life balance then ping you at 11pm.

Pros

stock that's actually worth something

Hit or miss

Process can be slow but you're rarely drowning in work. Stable and predictable, a little boring if I'm honest.

Pros

good 401k match

Cons

weak onboarding, comp doesn't keep up with market, too many meetings

Interview experience: Negative

Burned out within a year, and I wasn't the only one. They preach work-life balance then ping you at 11pm. Honestly the most supportive team I've been on.

Pros

low-ego team, flexible hours

Cons

siloed teams
