pTO is respected, nobody guilt-trips you for taking it Best onboarding I've had. Had real context by the end of week one. Pay sat below market and they wouldn't budge at review time

lots of red flags

Way too many meetings, almost no time to actually build. Burned out within a year, and I wasn't the only one Comp is competitive and the equity refresh was actually real.
