Lots of red flags

RTO mandate came out of nowhere and morale tanked overnight Burned out within a year, and I wasn't the only one.

Pros

fully remote, no RTO games

Cons

siloed teams

Full-time

Happy here

Honestly, Benefits are top tier, the parental leave alone is worth it. Remote setup is dialed in — never once felt out of the loop.

Pros

no micromanagement, low-ego team, PTO people actually use

Cons

bureaucratic, high turnover

Solid company, good people

flexible hours mean I actually get to see my kids at dinner Got promoted within 18 months. They actually invest in their people. Politics over substance. Loudest person wins.

Pros

pay is solid

Cons

internal politics, limited upward mobility

Lots of red flags

Honestly, Pay sat below market and they wouldn't budge at review time. Constant reorgs and nobody seems to know who owns what. Comp is competitive and the equity refresh was actually real

Pros

PTO people actually use

Cons

on-call is rough, tooling is dated
