not what they sell you

high turnover tells you everything you need to know. On-call was brutal and they didn't comp it at all. Leadership is straight with you in the all-hands, no corporate fluff

Great place to grow

Honestly, Benefits are top tier, the parental leave alone is worth it. burned out within a year, and I wasn't the only one.

Pros

no micromanagement, fast decisions
