Best job I've had so far

Got promoted within 18 months. They actually invest in their people pTO is respected, nobody guilt-trips you for taking it. Constant reorgs and nobody seems to know who owns what

Disappointing

Overall, RTO mandate came out of nowhere and morale tanked overnight. Comp is competitive and the equity refresh was actually real.
