Comp is competitive and the equity refresh was actually real. Remote setup is dialed in — never once felt out of the loop. Leadership says one thing in the all-hands and does the opposite.

Great place to grow

tbh Good problems to work on and the autonomy to solve them your way. Best onboarding I've had. Had real context by the end of week one. Burned out within a year, and I wasn't the only one.
