tbh On-call was brutal and they didn't comp it at all. They preach work-life balance then ping you at 11pm.

tbh Stable and predictable, a little boring if I'm honest. Middle of the road. You won't hate it, won't love it

Overall, Burned out within a year, and I wasn't the only one Politics over substance. Loudest person wins Comp is competitive and the equity refresh was actually real.
