Great place to grow

tbh Best onboarding I've had. Had real context by the end of week one. Benefits are top tier, the parental leave alone is worth it way too many meetings, almost no time to actually build

Pros

async-friendly, low-ego team

Average overall

Good people, dated tooling. Trade-offs everywhere. Flexible hours mean I actually get to see my kids at dinner.

Pros

clear promo path, great health benefits
