Hit or miss

Process can be slow but you're rarely drowning in work. It's fine. Not amazing, not terrible.

Solid company, good people

Benefits are top tier, the parental leave alone is worth it. Remote setup is dialed in — never once felt out of the loop

Not what they sell you

Leadership says one thing in the all-hands and does the opposite. On-call was brutal and they didn't comp it at all.

Pros

great health benefits

Cons

unclear expectations, slow promotions
